IDENTIFY THIS FISH
We thought that this was a swamp eel (Symbranchus). The India expedition bought it, photographed it, and then ate it. However, as Max points out, Symbranchus spp don't have these nasal tubercules...

It does not look very appetising.
It was actually very tastey
Syd-it isn't much to look at I will agree,but it was actually very tasty.We had it blackened Cajun style.Alot lot juicier than the Pork fat!
