I truly couldn't bring myself to write a poem about this week's hopes and fears, even though I had a cracking rhyme for biopsy. So, basically as I wrote on Friday, there is no news as far as Corinna is concerned; she is still pain free and in good spirits, and we are both thankful that her next procedure is on Tuesday so we will then (or at least when the results are through a fortnight or so later) know the diagnosis, the prognosis, and what treatment will be necessary. Many thanks, once again, for and to everyone who has sent their love and good wishes. To be at the receiving end of such an outpouring of positive energy is truly a wonderful - and oddly humbling - thing.

He is ably assisted by his lovely wife Corinna, his bulldog/boxer Prudence, his elderly mother-in-law, and a motley collection of social malcontents. Plus.. did we mention Archie and the Cats?
