Yesterday ended up pretty much a Curate's Egg of a day. Chloe did a brilliant job of sorting out my office and emptying and cleaning fishtanks that needed to be taken out of commission. As my workforce drops off I can no longer maintain as many tanks as I used to be able to, so we are basically decommissioning quite a few of them. It is sad, but I am not going to bellyache on about it. Stiff upper lip and all that!

 

And now I am on the want again. * Jon Downes, the Editor of all these ventures (and several others) is an old hippy of 56 who - together with an infantile orange cat named after a song by Frank Zappa, and two small kittens, one totally coincidentally named after one of the Manson Family, purely because she squeaks, puts it all together from a converted potato shed in a tumbledown cottage deep in rural Devon which he shares with various fish. He is ably assisted by his lovely wife Corinna, his bulldog/boxer Prudence, his elderly mother-in-law, and a motley collection of social malcontents. Plus.. did we mention the infantile orange cat, and the adventurous kittens?
