Goodness me the Daily Mail is witty. A new species of caecilian has been discovered that looks - or so they claim - like a human penis. Well, if the penis of the Daily Male is wrinkled, grey and slimy, then perhaps everything that we have heard about journalists in recent years might just be true.
For some reason, all the way through the copy they refer to the newly discovered amphibian as a 'snake' and say how 'disgusting' it looks. The hordes of braying twats who have commented on the article have done so in much the same manner.
When the naturalist lobby, comprised of people like us, are bemoaning the fact that as a society we are becoming more and more divorced from the reality of the natural world, The Daily Mail should be thoroughly ashamed of itself. Only, of course, it won't be.
