Jon, as I always do at the beginning of each month, I watched the latest episode of On the Track. And this month watching episode 34 I was completely shocked and amazed to see my video, which I only sent to you a few days earlier, about the baby Kestrel on your video. I quickly called out to my wife and we watched it in full together. Your work is intriguing to me and I watch and read everything that you do. Your whole CFZ team is absolutely wonderful. You made this dedicated watcher quite happy. And giving me a credit at the end just made my year.
On a different note, I would like to say thank you, Jon. As an artist I find your voice both soothing and relaxing; I listen to your episodes of On the Track every time I sit to paint. Listening to your voice makes my job that much easier. And my last painting of a water Buffalo is an example of what you help me do.
I would also like to thank Corrina, Oll, Richard, Graham and Max for their outstanding work. If I were able I would give each a gold medal for outstanding work and dedication. You all show that there is more to life then this rat race that we are all part of. That there is a gentler side to life, a side with terrific people who are always willing to give, and then give some more: people who educate us from our homes; people who take us on journeys most can't afford and give us the opportunity to follow along from the safety of our homes; people who stay up late working in front of their computers to produce quality products that we have all come to love. You are all teachers to us but even more your friends and family.
Thank you all.
I am overwhelmed. I think that is the nicest letter anyone has ever sent us, and I am sure that none of us deserve it really :)
