Possibly-but this object (?a purported track cast?)actually has no features to identify it as a (?print?) of any kind of a foot other than a similarity in shape. There are no individual toes and no other identifiable anatomical hallmarks which would indicate a ball of the foot or any skeletal structure inside the footprint, if that is what it is being stated to be.
