Life continues to be weird. Today, as the new computers are just about
bedded in, Jessica took a hatchet to the office which actually is beginning to
look like a gentleman's study rather than a pigsty for the first time in years.
She really is an extraordinary young lady. However, later in the day along came
her mother Helen bearing a vivarium containing a three foot plus Mexican black
kingsnake. Life continues to be weirder than ever.
However, we are still in the depths of springcleaning and all sorts of
other thing involved in upheaving the office, the stockroom, the studio and the
computers, so I still don't know what is happening from day to day. So here are
Wednesday's blogs, with an assurance that I have no idea when you will be
hearing from me again, but it could well be sometime tomorrow. Bloody
hell!

* Jon Downes, the Editor of all these ventures (and several others) is an
old hippy of 56 who - together with an infantile orange cat named after a song
by Frank Zappa, and a small kitten totally coincidentally named after one of the
Manson Family, purely because she squeaks, puts it all together from a converted
potato shed in a tumbledown cottage deep in rural Devon which he shares with
various fish, and sometimes a small Indian frog. He is ably assisted by his
lovely wife Corinna, his bulldog/boxer Prudence, his elderly mother-in-law, and
a motley collection of social malcontents. Plus.. did we mention the infantile
orange cat, and the adventurous kitten?
