TAMARA'S DIARY 7th October

Tamara is the new intern. She is the latest in a line of charming young ladies who have come to do stuff here. Tamara knows her stuff and we are looking forward to a long and mutually fruitful relationship. I have bullied her into writing for these pages so you will soon get to know her for yourself. 

Today was my first day at work.

When I arrived I was greeted well and introduced to everyone.

Then we got started on the animal round, making sure everything was clean and fed.

We ran out of a few substrates and had to go to Bideford and Westward Ho to pick some up. When we got back I cleaned a couple of fish tank glasses and moved a hutch around for hedgehogs. that I also weighed and found out they were a great weight for hibernation.

My favourite thing was the crow who I nicknamed ‘Jake’ from my favourite movie ‘Shawshank Redemption’.
