OK, it is taking much longer than I had originally envisaged, (mostly because of the Swine Flu, which laid Corinna, Graham and I low over what is euphemistically described as `The Festive Season`) but it istaking shape very nicely. It is the longest one for years, and I hope that I shall be able to have a page count and a proper contents for you within the next few days....
