I am always reminded of a line from Camarillo Brillo by Frank Zappa when I see this picture. Coincidentally I always misheard the line as "is that a Mexican Poncho or a SERIOUS poncho?", and I think that whatever Oliver was wearing in the rainstorm last week was definitely a "serious poncho"...C'mon boys and girls, there must be a caption out there waiting for this picture.
When they asked him to play the part of the rain man , this isn't quite what oll expected.
