Graham at the helm, and today's shaping up to be a fairly normal day, albeit with Jon and Corinna away on some across-the-UK travels. Yesterday was a tad unusual, as the journey to the airport was hindered when we smelt a stink of electrical burning in the car, and then it started to fill with smoke. I indicated and pulled over, and we bailed out of the car as a precaution.
While the smell and smoke soon dissipated, we then found the car wouldn't
start again. Alternative transport was rustled up for Jon and Corinna, while I
stayed with the broken-down car awaiting roadside rescue.
Anyhow, it's all part of the rich tapestry of life, I suppose!
