First published over ten years ago at a prohibitively high price of of nearly £200 for the two-volume set, we bought the rights to issue a budget edition from ABC Clio with the money raised at the 2012 Weird Weekend. Our edition, which has been updated and contains much new material and many new pictures, and is considerably longer, is available at a special low price of £14.99 per volume.
