With only five weeks to go, there will be a lot of Weird Weekend news for you. One change from previous years is that the sunday evening dinner will be held at the Community Centre rather than the pub. This means that the monies raised will go towards village children's charities rather than the commercial sector.

ReplyDeleteCould you have a word with the Landlord of The Farmers Arms? After roaring down the motorway all day (doing all of 60) in my head turning go-faster striped Fiat Panda. I'd love to pull up and have a pint while my Love Machine cools down. But alas the pub is closed on an afternoon! If I go to hartland quay for jar I'll be there all weekend, propped up at the bar singing Sea Shanties to American tourists!
