ROBERT SCHNECK: Tyrannosyphilis?

Is this poster saying that no matter how clean and attractive the brontosaurus looks, she might have venereal disease? Is something Freudian going on with those long necks? Both dinosaurs look seasick to me but the overall image is so appealing that I don't care if it makes sense.
