Just a CFZ Press thought — If you're re-publishing Doc Shiels's Monstrum!, why not issue a copy of Nnidnid issue 2/3 with it? I believe issue 2/3 was a double issue that came out on cassette only, with weird music and japes on it. I know Bob Rickard had a copy, as he reviewed it in Fortean Times. You could issue it as a limited edition CD. Just a thought, mind you . . .
