Don't get over excited Jon. The two damn cheeky buggers offering it on Amazon are 'Flying a Kite' as we call it in the trade. They have got hold of a book they know nothing about and are trying it on to see if some idiot is prepared to pay a silly price.
It is interesting to note that there are four other advertised 'Print to order' copies available on Amazon at £11.28 £11.29 £11.88 & £12.92 respectively. There are NINE other copies available on ABE Books, 4 in the UK & 5 in the States, starting at a reasonable £9.83 plus postage and going up to £46.95 plus £12.29 Postage.
