I saw this on the Daily Mail sight. The rabid comments left by thir tiny brained readers were beyond moronic . It was a parade of hysteria about giant killer foxes attacking children and the case being used to support the tories bring back fox hunting.
In the past ten years, to my knowlage, only three people in the UK have been bitten by foxes. Thousands get bitten by dogs every year. Daily Mail reading bigots, get a grip and grow up.
From the picture it doesn't look *that* big, just the way it has been displayed and photographed. Oh well it seems that the Daily Mail's owner is angling for favours from the Tories, who are hoping to reinstate fox hunting.
There was no evidence to suggest the fox in the photo killed the domestic cat everyone was blaming it for. Strangely, up turns a vet and kills the poor fox. This took place not far from where I live, and the fox has certainly been stretched up the ladder like some poor grisly trophy. Shame on the idiots who not only caused the witch-hunt, but stood next to the dead fox like it was some kind of achievement to kill it.

ReplyDeleteI wonder what would happen in coyotes showed up in British cities.
ReplyDeleteWe have plenty of them all over the US. They usually don't bother anyone.
