Robert Schneck wrote to us yesterday with the solution to the mysterious picture from Norway that we printed the other day. That is the beast from James Thurber's classic cartoon,"What have you done with Professor Millmoss?" he wrote.Much to my shame, I had never seen the cartoon but I laughed aloud as I read it out. Richard, sitting at the other side of the office, immediately said (to his credit) "Oh, the hippopotamus?" proving that he is far more well read than I. Robert, dear fellow, you are quite probably correct.
