We received these pictures late last night. They were apparently taken in remote forest in Northern California. I am not going to endorse them or otherwise, and I am certainly not going to tag them as "the real deal". However, they are interesting.
What do you think...
Some years ago, I found a slab of rock (probably had been used in a nearby dry stone wall) in Derbyshire, that had the clear impression of a very large human ?? footprint in it. Unfortunately at the time I had little or no interest in such things (or the means to transport it if I had such interest) so paid little heed to it other than thinking it was a bit strange. All that I can now say about it some 35years later, is that it was very distinct with the length of the print around 18 to 20 inches in length, about 8 inches at the widest point and some 4 to 5 inches across the heel. The depth of the impression in the stone was approximately half an inch.
ReplyDeleteThe slab of rock was approximately 25 inches by 18 inches and 2 inches thick.
