The Gonzo Daily - Monday/Tuesday
It is a Bank Holiday here in the United Kingdom, and It is drizzly and grey
outside. So I have done what any self respecting cryptozoologist and rock and
roll archaeologist would do under the circumstances. I have spent the whole day
in my favourite armchair, done a little bit of writing, and slept for the rest
of the time. The fact that I am bipolar is hardly a secret, nor is the fact that
the time leading up to the recent Weird Weekend was a particularly stressful one
for me. I would like to publicly thank various of my friends who have made it
their business to pop over to see me to make sure that I am not depressed or
moping in the aftermath of the event. Thank you my dears. I Truly appreciate it.
You people are very dear to me, and I hope that you know that.

while Jon waffles on about stuff.

* Jon Downes, the Editor of all these ventures (and several others) is an
old hippy of 56 who - together with an infantile orange cat named after a song
by Frank Zappa, and two small kittens, one totally coincidentally named after
one of the Manson Family, purely because she squeaks, puts it all together from
a converted potato shed in a tumbledown cottage deep in rural Devon which he
shares with various fish. He is ably assisted by his lovely wife Corinna, his
bulldog/boxer Prudence, his elderly mother-in-law, and a motley collection of
social malcontents. Plus.. did we mention the infantile orange cat, and the
adventurous kittens?
