Last month's positions in this pinky colour, which I think is called cerise. May was once again a spectacularly weird (and rather disappointing) month, especially in the UK, because of the ongoing problems with amazon.co.uk. New books sold practically nothing in the UK, whereas they did very well in the USA. I will be repromoting them now to see what happens. Let's hope it is sorted soon. On a brighter note, there will be new charts for Australia and Canada sometime this summer. I will keep you posted.

THE LATEST FROM DALE DRINNON

Some complications that come into play when discussing Bigfoot and similar creatures just posted at the Frontiers of Zoology Blog:
http://frontiersofzoology.blogspot.com/
The first one dealing with the possibility of surviving short-faced bears in North and South America (and Kamchitka)
http://frontiersofzoology.blogspot.com/2011/05/bugger-bears.html
And the second a reprint of a CFZ blog added here because in parts of South America the same name is used for both creatures:

And special thanks go out to Karl Shuker, who told me how to fix the Blog.
Best Wishes, Dale D.
