Notice how the vehicles on the road are showing motion blur from the long exposure times that the camera is having to use to cope with the low illuminance?<br /><br />The "monster" doesn't show nearly as much motion blur as the cars do, and doesn't jump like such a big animal should do; it just pops over the central reservation with minimal effort.
