I should really have a bullet pointed Powerpoint presentation to do this.
But: Julia is still in hospital, Charlotte and I finished editing the first
episode of the newly rebooted OTT, the phone hasn't stopped ringing, Graham is
dealing with stuff, Coby is weeding the wabe in the circular lawn, Rowan is
clearing detritus, Richard is going to visit Julia, Corinna is trying to stay
sane, Glen Cambell has died, Mother is reprimanding the tortoises for making
their drinking water grubby, and I cannot get any gardening work done tomorrow
because it looks like it is going to rain. And me? I am editing this weekend's
magazine whilst contemplating Chinese food and wondering whether or not I can
get quietly pissed in a corner.

* Jon Downes, the Editor of all these ventures (and several others) is an
old hippy of 57 who - together with a Jack Russell called Archie, an infantile
orange cat named after a song by Frank Zappa, and two half grown kittens, one
totally coincidentally named after one of the Manson Family, purely because she
squeaks, puts it all together from a converted potato shed in a tumbledown
cottage deep in rural Devon which he shares with various fish. He is ably
assisted by his lovely wife Corinna, his bulldog/boxer Prudence, his elderly
mother-in-law, and a motley collection of social malcontents. Plus.. did we
mention Archie and the Cats?
