THE TOP TENS FOR DECEMBER AND THE YEAR

...are still likely to be a few more days. Lightning Source will not let us have the final figures until later this week. Because of the Bank Holiday on Monday, I estimate that it will be Tuesday at least. However, then it is just a matter of totting up a few columns of figures. For the first time we shall also be presenting the complete top 10 for the year, in the UK, the USA and the grand total.


There is still everything to play for (as the saying goes). Whilst the #1 position for the year is pretty inviolate, even we are not sure exactly what the Top 5 will be....

PRESIDENTIAL BIGFOOT

Just 100 years ago Theodore Roosevelt was the country’s chief executive and favorite son. His personality was larger than life. His exploits captured people’s imaginations worldwide. THE SAGA OF PRUDENCE'S EARS CONTINUES APACE

Hi Jon and happy new year to all the CFZers,

Breed standards are different in the US and UK and some Boxers still get their ears cropped here so while I am talking through my hat, here's what I think. The size and looseness of Pru's ears look more boxer-like to me than the 'rose ear' that is the bulldog standard. The rose ear is smaller, more compact and swept back in distinctive way.

These are proper ears by the American standard.
